Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on arch supports and insoles unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All Last Chance clearance items are final sale.

Return Shipping Options
